Returns and refunds
CG Shop – Refund Policy
Effective Date: April 22, 2026
At CG Shop, we sell digital items only. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final once delivery has been completed. However, refunds may be issued in limited circumstances as outlined below.
1. General Policy
All purchases are non-refundable once the digital item has been successfully delivered.
Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:
- The item was not delivered
- A technical error on our end prevented delivery
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Buyer’s remorse (changing your mind after purchase)
- Issues caused by violating the Terms of Service of any game or platform
- Account bans, suspensions, or restrictions
- Unauthorized purchases made by third parties (family, friends, etc.)
- In-game errors, bugs, or glitches after delivery
- Misuse of purchased items
All products are provided “as is”, with no guarantees of performance, outcome, or continued availability within any game or platform.
2. Delivery & Customer Responsibility
Digital items are delivered through agreed methods (e.g., in-game trade, account transfer, or digital code).
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete delivery information
- Responding to communication attempts necessary to complete delivery
If we are unable to complete delivery due to lack of response or incorrect information provided by the customer after multiple attempts, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund at our discretion.
3. Refund Requests
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you should contact us as soon as possible after your purchase.
To request a refund, you must provide:
- Order ID or receipt
- A clear description of the issue
We recommend contacting us within 24 hours of purchase for faster resolution.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Proof of Delivery
We reserve the right to maintain and use records as proof of successful delivery, including but not limited to:
- Transaction logs
- Delivery confirmations
- Communication history
These records may be used to resolve disputes or respond to chargebacks.
5. Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks are strictly prohibited.
If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:
- Deny future service
- Permanently restrict access to our store
- Provide evidence (including proof of delivery) to payment processors
- Report fraudulent activity where applicable
6. Delivery Issues
If your item was not delivered correctly, please contact us.
We will first attempt to resolve the issue or re-deliver the item before considering a refund.
