Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, our team will review it within 24 hours.
We will check to see if you have already contacted us through:
- Social Media(DMs)
- Direct(SMS/Email)
If we have not heard from you, we will reach out using the contact information provided at checkout(email and/or phone number).
2. Order Verification
To ensure secure delivery and prevent fraud, you will be required to provide proof of purchase. This may include:
- Order Confirmation Number/Code
- Payment Receipts
- Confirmation of Contact (Email or SMS)
Orders cannot be delivered until verification is complete, if verification is unable it will be refunded after 3 business days.
3 In-Game Delivery Process
After verification, we will coordinate with you to schedule and secure delivery.
You will be asked:
- The best time for delivery
- Your preferred in-game delivery method
Most deliveries are completed within 36 hours after verification.
Please Note:
- Delivery times may vary depending on availability and response time.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by lack of communication.
4. No Response & Refund Policy
If we do not receive a response within 3-5 business days, your order will be automatically refunded in full.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise requested by the verified customer.
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate contact information
- Responding within a timely manner
- Providing valid proof of purchase
Failure to provide required information may result in delays or cancellation and refund of the order.
